Travel and Lodging Information
Albany CrossFit (ACF) is located in 2 racquetball courts (Court 2 and 4) within The Court Club. You will have to use The Court Club’s main entrance to access ACF. Upon arrival, you will be checked in for the certification in the lobby of The Court Club and will receive direction from there.
Facility Info:
You have access to the locker facilities in the Court Club which includes the use of lockers (bring your own lock if desired), showers, and saunas (steamroom and hot tub in men’s locker room). Rental towels are available for $ 1.00.

ACF is located minutes from the Northway (I-87), the Thruway, and I-90. The address is:

The Albany International Airport is located approximately 10 minutes from ACF. The airport code is ALB.
There is also an Amtrak station located in Rensselaer and a Greyhound bus station located in downtown Albany both about 15 - 20 minutes away from ACF.
Public transportation around ACF is not very convenient.

There is a parking lot located at ACF.

There is a food court located in Colonie Center which is a mall walking distance from ACF. Other options for food are:

There is also a supermarket (Hannaford) across the street on Wolf Road located in a strip mall that also includes Bruegger’s Bagel and Zia’s Pizza.
